Project : Climate Smart Coffee and Chocolate: su-re.coffee and su-re.cocoa
Many people in Japan, are not aware on how SDG is implemented in developing countries, specifically in the case of su-re.co, people are not aware of the danger of indoor house pollution and climate change’s negative impact for farmers!
Both issues are solved by su-re.co’s biogas and climate field school, supported financially by su-re.coffee and su-re.cocoa. More than 1 ton of each product has been sold in Indonesia, but now how do we expand the business to Japan?
1) Promoting su-re.coffee & su-re.cocoa in Japan
2) Educating Japanese about biogas digester, climate change, and climate smart agriculture
-Editing/managing su-re.co website and increase subscribers
-Arranging and conducting online events with external partners (please check su-re.co Japan Facebook and Instagram)
-Expanding the market of su-re.coffee / su-re.cocoa outside Indonesia (including Japan)
-Managing SNS accounts
-Writing proposals in Japanese for external projects
-Joining and contributing to new business projects with external partners
You and your team in Japan will get information in the form of: su-re.co manual, research reports, youtube videos, and online lectures.
Your task is to research and test how to import su-re.coffee/su-re.cocoa from Indonesian producers to Japan and expand the market in Japan. You and your team will make a marketing & communication strategy of this project and execute it through crowdfunding and partnership with sales agents.
